Shift Lead Opportunity

Sizemore, Inc. is looking for you to join our team in Prince George, VA. Pay range is $16.00/hr with weekly pay! Schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5pm-4am.

We conduct a 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include oversight of assigned Sizemore Team Members, performing or assisting with cleaning duties, ensuring team members are trained, inspecting work to meet specifications, relaying complaints, inspecting facilities, maintaining equipment and supplies, establishing rapport with customers, logging daily reports, responding to problems, organizing and overseeing cleanliness, participating in training sessions, driving a culture of constant improvement, enforcing Sizemore's policies, and additional duties as necessary.

Working conditions may require overtime, working inside or outside in various building and weather conditions, extensive walking or standing, lifting/carrying items up to 50 lbs, prolonged sitting, and minimal travel to customer locations.
