We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable Front Office Coordinator to serve as the face of our practice and oversee daily front desk operations across our Newport Beach and Yorba Linda locations.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Warmly greet and check in patients
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming flow from arrival to departure
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Scheduling & Phones
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments using EMR systems
- Optimize provider schedules and minimize gaps
Administrative Duties
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Care Coordination
- Serve as a communication hub between patients and clinical staff
- Ensure timely and efficient patient flow throughout the day
Office Upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Ensure front office operations run smoothly and professionally
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a medical office (Dermatology or Plastic Surgery strongly preferred)
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes
