Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary: Join the Clay Center/O'Donnell Center team of student assistants and experience the behind the scenes of our events. Applicants must convey a professional demeanor for this position as there will be interaction with campus and corporate partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up and breaking down event space, checking in guests, and other event related tasks. Event assistants will be required to be on premises before, during and after events they sign up to work.

Requirements: Good interpersonal skills required, flexible availability for days, evenings, and very infrequent weekend events. Commit to working at least every 2 weeks. Training is required to familiarize students with Bartley Hall facilities.

Additional Information:

Physical Demands Summary: Able to move and lift objects up to 30 lbs.

Wage Rate: $10.00/hour
