Seeking a team-player provider who wants to effect change and grow in all aspects

See 18 – 22 patients per day

Work week consists of (5) 8-hour or (4) 10-hour days; typically no call

Outpatient clinic with state-of-the-art isokinetic testing and specialized-trained rehab therapists

Loan repayment of $30k for 5 years

Production, quality, value-based, and sign-on bonuses

Full medical, life, disability, and malpractice with tail insurances; 401(k) and 457(b) retirement

Will consider PGY-3 residents
