Medical Receptionist

University Radiology is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Teaneck, Elizabeth, Linden, Maplewood, and Nutley, NJ Imaging Offices. This role is eligible for a 10% float differential.

Monday - Friday (Various shifts): 7:00-3:30; 7:30-4:00; 8:00-4:30; 9:00-5:30; 11:30-8:00

• Greet and check in patients
• Confirm/enter patient demographic information
• Validate appointment against the prescription
• Collect payments in accordance with payment policies

*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

• Medical front desk experience
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of pre-certification
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
• Bilingual required
