Minimum Job Requirements

• 5+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC experience required. NATE certified technicians given preference, but not required
• Technical school or higher education
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret wiring schematics, drawings and specifications as well as product data
• Conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system malfunctions or failures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented and pride in workmanship
• Reliable and punctual
• Self-motivated with ability to produce independently and as a part of a team
• Valid Ohio drivers license with clean driving record
• Drug and background check prior to hire
