Beach House Operations

Helps ensure the efficient operation of the Beach House. Maintains registration logs and rental agreements of all guests, and answers questions pertaining to advance registrations. May include some cash handling in certain situations.

Inspects Beach House, Camp Grounds, Picnic Areas, Archery Range, and Restroom facilities for cleanliness, and to prevent abuse of facilities, taking required actions to correct discrepancies.

Ensures all users of these facilities abide by rules and regulations.

Performs routine maintenance and upkeep of facilities. These duties include, but are not limited to, trash pickup, some lawn mowing, trimming, making signs, etc.

Maintains surveillance throughout Lake Front area. Ensures all facilities and security gates are locked. Reports any attempts of break ins or vandalism to base security. The incumbent may tactfully deny admittance to anyone who has no business in or around facilities.
