Sacoma- Assembly Machine Operator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $ 17.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • Position is critical to ensuring the efficient and quality production of our components
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various welding and assembly equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality parts according to specifications
  • This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Set up and skillfully operate resistance welders, MIG welders, and other assembly/automated equipment to meet production targets
  • Execute machine set-ups and changeovers promptly as dictated by the production schedule
  • Proactively troubleshoot machine malfunctions and adjust functions and settings to maintain optimal performance
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished parts and assemblies, ensuring strict adherence to quality guidelines and specifications

Sacoma- Assembly Machine Operator Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior welding or assembly experience desired, metal stampings preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is desired
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
