As a Powder Coating Laborer, you'll support the finishing process by hanging parts, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. You'll work closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You'll Do As a Powder Coating Laborer, you will be responsible for: Hanging parts onto racks for the powder coating process. Removing finished parts from racks once coating is complete. Shrink wrapping and preparing parts for shipment. Matching parts to work orders and verifying accuracy. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Supporting general production needs within the department to meet daily goals.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with team lift if needed. Comfort with repetitive physical work and standing for the full shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic English skills to understand work orders and instructions.
