Production

Join a dynamic production team in the Food and Beverage industry, where you'll contribute to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Don't miss this associate to hire role in Juda, WI.

Production responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Remove cheese forms from brine to conveyor
  • Spray down and sanitize equipment between batches
  • Monitor the automated cheese extraction process to ensure proper operation
  • Follow all GMPs, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Bag, scale, label, and prepare cheese for shipping
  • Place cheese into air-filled pouches and complete visual inspections
  • Rinse and sanitize equipment throughout the shift
  • Maintain continuous product flow, ensuring proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and labeling
  • Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to guarantee optimal performance
  • Box and palletize finished products efficiently
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds in a moderate to cool environment

Production requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute written procedures
  • Must pass a 7-year national background check
  • Strong math, reading, writing, and computer skills
  • Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Must use equipment such as rubber gloves, safety glasses, aprons, sleeves, bump caps, and ear plugs (all provided by the client)
  • PPE includes aprons, chemical-resistant gloves and boots, safety goggles, hard hats, and slip-resistant shoes
  • Assigned to the Manufacturing/Production department, with mandatory overtime as needed
  • Work environment can be wet, cool, or hot depending on the department; moderate noise levels are expected
