HVAC Service Technician

The Source and Recruit Company has been retained to assist Alliance Group Services, LLC in the search for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team based out of West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

This field-based position offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems. The HVAC Service Technician will play a critical role in ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably through maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Diagnose service issues and perform repairs across HVAC and refrigeration systems, including mini splits, boilers, burners, chillers, and rooftop units

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and system calibrations in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company vehicle

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, timelines, and solutions

Document equipment details including make, model, serial number, and performance data

Identify opportunities for additional services or system upgrades and communicate findings appropriately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and vehicle

Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial)

NH and/or VT Gas License required

EPA Certification preferred

Additional certifications (such as electrical or oil) are a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently

High level of reliability, professionalism, and integrity

Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)

Authorized to work in the United States
