Transit Van Driver
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable, customer-focused, local Transit Van Driver to join our client's team for a contract role! Schedule: Day Shift (full-time) Pay: $20/hr. Location: Local driving only – home every day, 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a transit van along designated local routes
- Drop off local deliveries of parts from the distribution center to customers
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift
- Maintain accurate trip logs and follow all safety procedures
- Provide friendly customer service
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving or transportation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete loading and unloading using a pallet jack
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
