Record Management Specialist

The Record Management Specialist is responsible for the timely processing and record keeping of all documents and statements and daily functions related to Record Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assure all established controls are met.
  • Print and distribute reports.
  • Scan and index all documents.
  • Operate statement rendition equipment.
  • Organize statements for mail distribution.
  • Process COLD Report and Image storage.
  • Create DVD's for long term retention.
  • Perform file transfers.
  • Create Image CDs for Commercial Customers.
  • Responsible for sorting and distributing interdepartmental mail to branches and mail hub centers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems.
  • Interface with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Interact throughout organization to educate departments on record systems and best practices.
Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong decision making, analytical, and problem solving skills

Ability to:

  • Work with little supervision
  • Interact with bank associates and vendors
  • Verify quality of output
  • Meet deadlines on a continuous basis
  • Lift up to 30 pounds

Education and Training:

  • Requires High School diploma.
  • Record / Document handling and management preferred.
  • Previous banking experience preferred.
  • Experience with 10-key entry preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $18-$20/hour)
