Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Half-day Saturdays when needed
Vaccination Requirement:

Position Summary
The Level I/II QA Inspector is responsible for performing examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components at various stages of the production process. This role ensures compliance with established quality, reliability standards, and specifications. The inspector will also perform visual inspections of coated and/or painted parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of parts, materials, and components to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections on coated and/or painted parts.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for acceptance/rejection of inspected items.
- Identify design, process, or other inefficiencies and report quality concerns to the Director of Quality.
- Follow established job instructions and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Use measuring tools and test equipment as required by job assignments.
- Read and interpret technical drawings with multiple views.
- Verify acceptability of parts and materials to written standards.
- Write discrepancy reports and complete inspection documentation.
- Communicate quality issues to internal departments, management, and customers when necessary.
- Assist the Masking Department when workload or business needs require.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and additional hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Secondary Certificate or equivalent education and experience.
- 2–5 years of inspection experience (Aviation industry experience required).
- Experience with Quality Assurance systems and standards (Nadcap, Military).
- Experience with regulatory conformity inspections (FAA, Government).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive communication style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
