Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors of buildings, using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment
• Cleans public restrooms
• Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, walkways, stairwells, elevator cars, equipment and building fixtures
• Gathers and empties trash from building floors
• Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs in the meeting rooms
• Moves items between departments
• Cleans pool side area including chairs
• Picks up trash from landscaped areas, parking lot, and common areas
• Maintains trash compactor room
• Reports safety hazards
• Attends departmental meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
