Eighth grade. Must possess a Type II or Universal certification from an EPA recognized certification program in refrigerant transition and recovery service practices in accordance with EPA 40 CFR, Part 82, Subpart F, Section 608 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendment. Must secure a MDC journeyman license within the one year probationary period.
