Location: Warsaw, Indiana
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in a high-volume environment. This role is responsible for processing a large volume of invoices accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal departments. Experience with freight billing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform three-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, and invoices)
• Review and verify invoice details, coding, and approvals
• Manage freight billing and related discrepancies (preferred experience)
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in a high-volume processing environment required
• Freight billing experience strongly preferred
• Strong work history demonstrating reliability and consistency
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Diligent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
