Position Overview

As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as a key connection between our customers and internal teams. This role is highly customer-focused and operations-driven, ensuring service-related install issues are documented, scheduled, and resolved smoothly. You'll play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related install needs
  • Answer incoming inquiries and provide clear, timely updates
  • Set and manage customer expectations throughout the service process
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Rep.com scores

Service Coordination & Scheduling

  • Open service requests for installs that require follow-up or corrective service
  • Coordinate job site service visits with the Production Manager
  • Track service progress and proactively communicate next steps and timelines

Documentation & Organization

  • Enter accurate notes and log all customer interactions in company systems
  • Ensure all service documentation is complete and well-organized
  • Support overall office organization and operational efficiency

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Installation Team and Production Manager on a daily basis
  • Communicate clearly across departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, office, or service-based environment preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology
