Communicates to resolve billing inquiries and collaborates with healthcare providers and billing departments to maintain accurate account information. Educates patients on financial resources, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures thorough documentation of all interactions and arrangements.

Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in financial services quality auditing
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control standards
• Experience conducting audits and preparing detailed reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train staff on quality standards and best practices
