Description

We're hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Support Representative with a background in appliance and technology sales. If you have a passion for helping customers and a knack for detail, we want to hear from you.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers via email and phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to our product lines.
  • Process all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in products, pricing, and delivery requirements.
  • Prepare quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with other departments-including shipping, finance, and quality control-to solve customer problems efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update our product knowledge base.
  • Analyze data to create reports on customer issues and trends.
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • An Associate's Degree or an equivalent level of knowledge is preferred.
