What you will enjoy doing:

• Lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives by partnering across maintenance, engineering, and operations
• Own and improve reliability metrics (uptime, MTBF, MTTR) and analyze data to identify trends and issues
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability risk assessments
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles to improve equipment reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance maintenance and operational processes
• Support capital projects, design reviews, and MOC processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve high-impact equipment issues

What makes you great:

• PhD with 0–3 years of related experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years, OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, OR 12+ years of directly related experience
• Strong experience in equipment reliability within manufacturing environments
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems, and data-driven maintenance strategies
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and process controls
• Foundational understanding of Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive improvements in reliability and maintenance processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
