AP / Payroll/ Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

Pridestaff is looking for an Accounts Payable/ Payroll/ Data Entry Clerk for a Construction Company based in Temecula, CA. Sage experience. is a huge plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities may include:

  • Data entry
  • Process Time cards - Not checks
  • Microsoft Office Suites
  • Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for, a project or specific set of tasks related to function or program department / business unit or site.
  • Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM)

Pay Rate: $22.00 -$25.00 Depending on experience

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
