Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-driven Intake Specialist to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient intake of milk into our production process. This role is responsible for coordinating and unloading milk trailers, transferring product into proper storage, operating critical control points (CCPs), and conducting quality sampling, all while following strict company and regulatory standards. You will monitor equipment, temperatures, and sanitation, manage intake supplies and inventory, and ensure time-sensitive loads are prioritized correctly to protect product quality and freshness.
A valid CDL-A is required with an endorsement of N, as this position includes operating a yard horse to move and stage milk trailers, an essential responsibility that supports intake flow, even though it represents a smaller portion of the daily workload. The majority of the role centers on quality control, documentation, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, including testing, recordkeeping, and reporting to meet state and federal requirements. This is a highly accountable role ideal for someone who values safety, precision, and playing a critical part in delivering high-quality dairy products.
