Our client is seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role works closely with providers, administrative staff, and the billing department to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for patients.

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $17.00+/Hour

*This is a direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Collect and update patient information
  • Process payments (in person and over the phone)
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate records electronically
  • Support referrals and office communication
  • Perform additional office support tasks as assigned by management
  • Support general office upkeep, including light cleaning, laundry assistance, and supply management as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Associate degree or related experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical office
