Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Status: Full and Part-time, Year-round

Reports To: Corporate Controller

Summary: Legendary LLC. is a diversified holding company with operations in hospitality, marina operations, marina & real estate development and construction.

Primary responsibilities and requirements

• Accounts payable (heavy)
• Check runs for multiple entities
• Bank reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Ad hoc reporting
• Prepare annual 1099's
• Credit card management, coding, receipt capture and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 2 years in accountant role required.
• Highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Other Qualifications

Availability Open and operational five days a week. The employee may be asked to work longer days or over the weekend upon occasion.

License Requirements Valid driver's license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations.
