Job Summary

The Client Service Associate will support the Americas Client Service team, partnering closely with portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution to deliver a best-in-class client experience. This role focuses on servicing Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and requires a highly collaborative, client-centric professional with experience in financial services, RIA, or broker-dealer environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new account setup, account maintenance requests, and cash raise processing across RIA and client accounts
  • Support a wide range of client types including retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors
  • Handle client communications via team inbox, delivering high-touch, white-glove service
  • Respond to portfolio and strategy-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Review and resolve reconciliation items such as delinked accounts, negative cash balances, and new account issues
  • Coordinate with custodians for service-related requests and required documentation
  • Maintain and update client records within CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Support execution of team projects and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong client-first approach

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within financial services, preferably with an RIA or broker-dealer
  • Experience working with Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) structures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Experience supporting high-touch client service environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
