Front Office Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-time or near full-time | Start time: 7:45 AM

Our non-profit organization is seeking a welcoming, reliable Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who values community service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Front Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients using our practice management software (training provided)
  • The Front Office Coordinator will manage incoming mail with senior staff; route correspondence both physically and digitally
  • Accept client payments (in person and by mail) and accurately record transactions
  • The Front Office Coordinator will maintain organized front-desk and communication workflows
  • Handle confidential information, including personally identifiable information and cash payments

Qualifications & Requirements of the Front Office Coordinator

  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Non-smoker
  • Ability to pass required background checks (current or prior background clearance preferred)

Preferred Experience of the Front Office Coordinator

  • Medical or behavioral health reception
  • School or educational administration
  • Administrative or front-desk roles in environments requiring confidentiality
