Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Clerk Wanted

Location: Anaheim, CA 92806
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Full-Time)
Duration: 1-2 months
Pay: $23/hour

Position Summary:
We are hiring two Temporary Data Entry Clerks to assist with a short-term system migration project. This role will primarily focus on entering data from an old system into a new one. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter numeric and alphanumeric data from one system into another
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Support system phase-out and data migration efforts
Provide light administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
Excel skills such as: Filtering on tables, basic SUM formula knowledge, and attention to detail.
Prior data entry or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable performing data entry for the full shift
Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
Deltek experience is a plus, but not required

Comfortable handling repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods
