Executive Administrative Assistant

The opportunity: The Executive Administrative Assistant is a key role in support of the Area VP other members of the Leadership Team. How you will impact WestRock In this role you will handle a wide variety of traditional administrative responsibilities including but not limited to, generating reports, tracking inventory, shipping, billing, calendar management, purchasing, as well as special projects that are required by the Area VP for month end reporting. You will also be involved with other organizational tasks that relate to the coordination of business activities in the various plants that are managed by the Area VP. These duties involve, but are not limited to, the organization of business meetings (both virtual and "live" meetings) as well as data generation that contributes to business initiatives that are required to support the Area VP in his activities Corporate Divisional Accountant. When required, must be willing to travel in support of this support role. That travel requirement can be up to 30% at times. Perform other duties as required by the Area GM
What you need to succeed: · 5+ years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant · Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) · Strong Technical skills - ability to work with/learn multiple software packages (KIWI, JDE, and other data platforms required by the Area VP) · Concur (for travel arrangements), Kronos, AS400, Expense Smart-Utility) · Excellent written and verbal communications skills. · Focused, reliable, organized, and very strong attention to detail. · Experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful.
