Position: Facilities, Environmental & Shipping Associate

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters is in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized associate to support our Facilities, Shipping, and Environmental departments to help support daily operations. This role is responsible for handling inventory, maintaining a clean and safe facility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support ISO 14001 program and initiatives for the Nashua location.
  • Support scrap program for both hazardous and nonhazardous items.
  • Assist with routine facility maintenance tasks (e.g., work with contactors, minor repairs, inspections).
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (UPS FEDEX and DHL).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Work with the warehouse and plant management to clean and organize the Nashua facility as needed..
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or facility experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.
  • Positive attitude / Team player
