Commercial HVAC Installers - Now Hiring
Location: San Fernando Valley & Santa Clarita Valley
Pay: $25 to $40 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Description
We are hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Installers for longterm work across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. This role involves installing HVAC systems for multifamily construction, commercial projects, and tenant improvements. We offer steady work, competitive pay, and a strong team environment.
Responsibilities
• Install commercial and multifamily HVAC systems according to plans and specifications
• Set equipment, run ductwork, install registers, thermostats, linesets, and controls
• Work on tenant improvement projects, remodels, and new construction
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Work with sheet metal, copper, PVC, and various installation materials
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project timelines
• Ensure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to code
Requirements
• Experience installing HVAC systems in commercial or multifamily settings
• Ability to perform layout, set equipment, and complete full install phases
• Familiarity with ductwork installation, brazing, condensate, and refrigerant piping
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys
• Ability to work the full schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Van Nuys, CA 91411.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
