Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician (Operating Room)
Location: 4000 Cambridge St, Kansas City, KS 66160

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Duration: Ongoing
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift: Night shift | 8.5-hour shifts | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 5 shifts per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Will float between all Sterile Processing Department (SPD) locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Certification: CRCST or CSPDT required within 12 months of hire

Additional Information:

• Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Required as per rotational schedule
• On-Call: Not required
• Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 2 shifts per month with a minimum of 2 hours' notice and without financial obligation
• Must be nicotine-free (nicotine testing may be required)
• Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)
• Bi-weekly pay schedule
