Administrative Services Technician III - Limited Service

This position will provide administrative support and be responsible for handling mail, answering phone calls, scanning paper documents into our licensing database, maintaining digital and paper files, responding to inquiries about medical licensure in Vermont, and documenting complaints in our database. This position is not eligible for telework and requires fulltime in-office work.

Work is performed in a standard office setting.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more of office clerical experience. OR Completion of a vocational/technical training program in business, office administration, financial support or related area AND one (1) year or more of office clerical experience. OR One year of full-time college coursework in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field AND one (1) year or more of office clerical experience. OR Two years or more of full-time college coursework OR an associate's degree or higher in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field. OR One (1) year or more as an Administrative Services Technician II with the State of Vermont.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.
