Weekend Shift Material Handler (Forklift)
The Material Handler supports daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. This role requires operating material handling equipment, accurately fulfilling orders, and assisting in loading and unloading shipments while remaining flexible to support multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using pick sheets and RF scanners
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate equipment including reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Build pallets and prepare products for shipment or storage
- Support shipping and receiving functions at dock doors
- Update and track inventory using ERP system (Epicor)
- Move between departments as needed to support daily operations
- Assist production teams when required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- 1+ year of forklift experience (reach, stand-up, or sit-down preferred)
- Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus
- Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Flexible and team-oriented with a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, MN.
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
