Janitorial Cleaner

Full Time Cleaning Position Available

Evening hours, flexible schedule, bi-weekly pay, 40 hours per week.

The cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.

Typical duties include: dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.

Compensation & hours:

• B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $18/hour.
• Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.
• Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12:30am.

Please note that this shift will be split between two locations within a 10-minute driving distance.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office

Requirements:

• Dependable, punctual, detail oriented.
• Complete background check, drug test, & e-verify.
• Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, & trainings from both a computer and smart phone.
