Receiving Clerk-Supply Chain

The Receiving Clerk-Supply Chain is responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment. Essential job functions include receiving incoming supplies, stock and non-stock, monitoring supply left by carriers, receiving equipment in accordance with the task description outlined in the procedure manual, placing asset tags on all equipment, unpacking and examining incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and corresponding with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
