About Us: Ron Carter CDJR is a well-established and trusted dealership in Texas, known for our exceptional customer service and wide selection of quality vehicles. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the specified hours
