Our client, a leading organization in the legal service industry, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Remote Customer Service to join their team. As a Bilingual Spanish Remote Customer Service, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Project Support Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Remote Customer Service

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $21/ hr

Shift: Must be able to work 8 am Pacific to 5 pm Pacific

What's the Job?

  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns and written inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Identify and address all customer questions and concerns effectively
  • Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests
  • Ensure the content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
  • Work closely with the Project Support Team to deliver exceptional customer service

What's Needed?

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional written skills in English
  • Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift)
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment
