Financial Customer Service Representative - Contract to Hire

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our client's team as Financial Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will interact in person and over the phone with customers in a high-volume environment, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through processes step-by-step. Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Minneapolis, MN OR Las Vegas, NV - Working on-site

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (W2)

Openings: 7 positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues within applications and systems
  • Walk customers through tasks in a clear, step-by-step manner
  • Deliver empathetic, solution-focused support during each interaction
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Ensure customer needs are fully resolved with a focus on positive outcomes
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to guide customers through processes
  • High level of adaptability and comfort with change
  • Demonstrated self-leadership and accountability
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to manage approximately 25 to 40 calls per day
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
