Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for financial reporting and for ownership of the general ledger across multiple operating entities. This role emphasizes process automation, variance analysis, and the provision of actionable insights to business leaders, while serving as a trusted financial partner. Apply today!

What You Will Do:

• Execute daily cash posting and reconciliation across domestic and international entities
• Prepare and post GAAPcompliant journal entries, including payroll accruals, allocations and expense reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting workpapers
• Perform monthly and annual close activities, including prepaid expense sales and payroll reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable, monitoring invoicing and automated collections with AP AR backup support
• Maintain fixed asset accounting and support budgeting, forecasting audit coordination and financial reporting

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA or similar certification a plus)
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
