Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Remote/Flexible Hours (Available Monday-Friday, 7 AM-6 PM)

Hourly Rate: $20-$21/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounts payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting processes. No degree is required-just a sharp eye for detail, a quick learning ability, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices promptly and accurately
• Perform data entry with precision to ensure data integrity
• Apply correct coding to transactions for seamless accounting workflows
• Ensure that dollar amounts match and discrepancies are addressed promptly
• Assist with other general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach
• Prior experience in accounting or data entry is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
