Position Overview

The Production Worker (Meat Processing) is responsible for supporting production operations in a meat processing environment while maintaining safety and efficiency. Required Experience & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 20-70 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in extremely cold environments (-45°F)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support production line operations in a meat processing facility
• Lift, move, and handle materials and products
• Maintain consistent production pace and workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
