We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and office support to multiple supervisors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Location: Duarte, CA
Pay: 22.50 - 24.50/hr
Type: Contract (Possible hire)
Schedule: M-F, 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors and teams
- Answer and route phone calls; greet and direct visitors
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office coordination
- Conduct basic internet research as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong experience with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and support multiple stakeholders
