What is expected from you?

Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

Follow local & state laws; road driving regulations and company policies

Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events/conditions

Successfully deliver packages in all weather conditions

This is a physically demanding job that requires you to lift, load and unload packages up to 50lbs, get in and out of your van repeatedly throughout the day at different locations and walk up/down stairways while on a typical shift.

Operate a company provided smart phone to clock-in and out of shifts, scan packages, follow GPS routing to delivery locations and communicate with supervisors

Help team-members to complete their deliveries when required

Why Ayka?

$23.75 per hour, paid weekly

Opportunity for weekly financial incentives - full 10 hours pay per day- even if fewer hours worked, based on Performance and Safety scores.

Full-time and Part-time offered. A typical shift is between 8hr to 10hr

Approximate shift hours are between 9 AM to 9 PM

Shifts are available 7 days a week

Two paid 15 min breaks and unpaid 30 min meal break during a typical shift

Basic Requirements:

Eligible to work in the U.S

At least 21 years of age

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Good English speaking skills
