The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following:

  • Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests' liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System's hospital and the surrounding community
  • Must possess advanced computer skills
  • Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.

Required specific skills include:

  • self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
  • Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

Education:

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required

Location: Safety Harbor, FL

Status: Part Time

Shift Hours: Varies

Weekend Work: Every Other
