Warehouse Associate – Party Rental Equipment

Job Full Description

Express Employment Eagan is currently seeking a reliable and physically active individual to join a warehouse team. This role involves preparing event rental equipment after use-cleaning, sanitizing, drying, rolling, and properly storing items to ensure they are ready for the next event. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned event equipment.
• Wash, dry, sanitize, roll up, and store items in their designated locations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs) and stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Work a standard weekday schedule with some weekend overtime opportunities.
• Be open to occasional second shift coverage (2:00 PM-10:00 PM) when needed.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a long-term mindset with potential to advance into other roles.

Schedule & Compensation

• Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Flexibility Required: Some weekends (with overtime pay) and occasional second shifts (2:00 PM-10:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
