Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is focused on ensuring product availability, supporting suppliers, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment data.

This is a hands-on, early-career role with exposure to purchasing and international logistics.

Key Responsibilities
• Process purchase orders and communicate with suppliers on pricing, status, and availability
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
• Receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers and warehouse teams
• Review shipping documentation and support import/export compliance
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and deliveries
• Generate reports and support cross-functional communication

Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, or logistics coordination preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Schedule and Work Environment
Full-time, on-site
Monday through Friday

Salary
$45,000 - $55,000 annually
