Experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift

• Keeping financial records organized and up-to-date
• Record and categorize accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions from bank statements. Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Reconciling bank statements using bank feeds
• Generating financial reports that help businesses make smart decisions
• Managing financial details for multiple clients with accuracy and care

Experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of solid bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• QuickBooks expertise (a must!)
• Experience with bank feeds and reconciliations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Clear communicator who enjoys being part of a professional team
