Casual Custodial Sub

Position Hours: Casual Monday - Friday as needed Location: Northwoods, Northeast Range, Cherry, South Ridge, or Tower Bargaining Unit: Operating Engineers, Local No. 70 Wage: $16.75/hr Benefits: Contingent upon the number of hours worked per week. Position Details: Enjoy a rewarding position as a casual Custodial sub in our schools! This position is responsible for the cleaning of the school premises which includes both interior and exterior job duties to provide a safe and sanitary environment for the students and staff. This position enjoys a flexible schedule and opportunity to work independently following district protocols and procedures. Skills & Abilities: Ability to operate small equipment – such as lawnmowers, genie lifts, small tractors and power tools Strong attention to detail Time management skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to maintain respect for student confidentiality Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 year experience in general maintenance and/or custodial/cleaning services.
