** No holidays required. One Saturday half shift required per month. **

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all common areas, including dining rooms, hallways, and public restrooms
• Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
• Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, carpet shampooing, and wet mopping floors
• Collect and dispose of trash, relining wastebaskets and ensuring sanitation standards are met
• Deep clean apartments to prepare units for new tenants
• Disinfect and properly store housekeeping equipment at the end of each shift to maintain safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

Housekeeper Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated, punctual and energetic
